Tuel Box TOSPolicies & RequirementsFirst and foremost, I want to thank you for choosing me to commission from amongst my artist peers and friends. With your support I can bring more art to life and grow as a creator!! Please read through all of the following terms and conditions before commissioning me. Thank You!By reading my terms of service, you acknowledge all requirements and policies, as well as responsible for abiding by them to the letter. I hold all rights to call off a commission if I deem necessary, or if something important comes up and I cannot work on projects for a period of time.Before getting into the heavier details, I’d like to address that I live with cats and while I do my best to get rid of all the fur, I advise you to stay cautious if you have any allergies, or if others around you in your household to be cautious.After the commission has started I will not accept refunds, seeing as the process had already started I am being paid for time and effort put forth into the project, meaning that time cannot be paid back.Depending on the project and/or other projects I may be handling, my turn-around time may vary. As examples icons would be 2-4 hours and full rendered projects would be around 2-4 days. Similarly a fursuit head would take 2-4 weeks, and a full digitigrade suit would be 2-4 months or more, again depending on the size of the project.When commissioning me, be sure to give proper credit while posting my art anywhere on and off the internet. This is so others may know who it was made by.If you don’t follow these terms, you will be warned. Any further attempts to ignore these terms will result in your commission being canceled, by getting an email. You will have two times you are able to appeal the cancelation, any further then that you will be blacklisted.Terms of UseAfter receiving your product, you may not post it anywhere without credit, nor will I take my watermark off any project. You may not use my art for branding or sell it off or gift it to others as your own, unless you are selling off the character altogether. You may use my art for online profile images, having given credit on your page somewhere. You may use the art for any other personal use that does not involve the above.What I will do

I am an adult making adult art of adults, don't make it weird. This only applies to drawings and not fursuits. I will draw any sort of nsfw related content as long as it does not conflict with what I won't do above. I will ask for proof of age, to verify you are at least 18 years or older. I refuse to take a commission without said proof or if the art is being made with intent of showing or involving a minor.
To provide proof of age, you must submit a photo of your ID or some form of legal document showing your legal birth date, along with a current photo of yours with said document.Payments & PlansAfter having completed the commission form and submitting it, or talking one on one with you about what I'll be making for you, I would be contacting you for the next course of action, that being payment or payment plan.
Please keep in mind I live in the US and only use US currency, as of right now I only know how to ship within the US.Art commissions do not take payment plans as they are relatively smaller pieces of art and payments as well as shorter times to complete compared to a fursuit.Art Com Costs

I will send you my contact information for either of the two during the finalization of the ordering process. I will start your commission shortly after being paid.Shipping & HandlingDepending on the product size and distance of it’s destination, the price of shipping may vary. However the shipping cost will be included in the final price.
